The Presbyterian Student Residences offer first-class accommodation at very competitive rates to full-time students.

Dunmore Units
Dunmore is located at Lewisham and is under direct onsite management. The complex comprises 7 x 2 bedroom units and offers students a caring atmosphere where they can grow through pastoral care and Christian fellowship and teaching.

Managers: Darran and Sarah Holder
Darran and Sarah Holder have been managers at the Dunmore units since April 2013. They met while studying at Sydney Missionary and Bible College and both have a heart for Christian ministry. Having each made the transition to living in a new city twice to study they are passionate to see the students at Dunmore be given adequate encouragement, fellowship and support as they start study.
Darran has a Bachelor of Social Science and a Bachelor of Theology. He enjoys sports of all kinds, and will talk to anyone about AFL or cricket. Sarah has a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Theology. She enjoys most types of crafts, baking and trying to exercise.

“Living at Dunmore has been a very enriching experience for me. Since I am an international student my background and culture are very different to Australian culture and it has been a challenge for me to adapt. However, the fact I’m living in Dunmore has made this adaptation process much easier and bearable because this community has helped me to understand and be familiar with my new environment. Clarence House

The Clarence House property is still in its early stages of development. It is a combined ministry with the Presbyterian Theological College and is a block of 9 units located in Burwood, on property that adjoins the PTC site. This is a marvellous answer to prayer as it will enable whole families to be part of the PTC community and make the move to Sydney so much easier for those who come from rural areas. The units are gradually being updated as the existing leases expire and already two PTC students and their families have been able to move in.
